Though not East Dulwich a friend has just sent me the details of an exciting event taking place on Thursday that some of you might be interested in....


'Perambulator' is a walk that explores navigation, way finding and collective decision making (with the addition of prams).


Join artist Clare Qualmann, with baby Ernest in the pram, for a walk from Lewisham Arthouse. We will decide on the day where to go and how to get there using a range of tools: from local knowledge to locative media, observing the inaccessibilities and obstructions that impact on our route as we go.

Please bring a pram if you have one or can borrow one - babies and children welcome!

      I agree. Superb plasterer, very experienced and very good. Have either used him directly (once, for a biggish job, boards and finishing) and twice for neighbourinf landlord where I arranged and saw the work completed excellently.

      How about we go straight to the source then if you think it's questionable: Here's Unite Group's annual report: https://www.unitegroup.com/annual-report-and-accounts-2024 Download the PDF and you'll find the 97.5% occupancy rate. You know a lot of these news sources exist because digging through annual reports is laborious and not immediately accessible to the masses. They're reporting on what Unite Group, a public company, is reporting. It's making something more digestible. They're not just making up numbers. They'd end up without much business if they were. PBSA is a big industry. Again, to be occupied by students.

      I know they eat food as they get a Tesco delivery every week. So they must have food scraps.
