I would have thought that any ballet class would be mixed by default (I would be shocked if any purported to be girls only), do you think he'll feel self-conscious if he's the only boy? How old is he - thinking about it I suppose at later stages the steps would be different so they would be separate? But if he's a toddler I would hope he could attend any class he liked.
He already does a mixed class at school (he is one of two boys in the class) and really enjoys it. I thought I would see if there was a boys only class that was a bit more focused/serious to complement the one he is doing. I think there are a lot of boys who would give it a go but are put off by all the pink. I once heard on the radio about a boys only class set up in Cornwall which was hugely popular - they geared it more towards the boys (ie not accidentally alluding to being princesses and fairies all the time!)

    • If you've got to raise taxes, then significant landowners (with multi-million pound assets), landlords, second property owners, the privately educated, and wealthier pensioners (considering how they have been disproportionately insulated for many years), doesn't' seem like the most unreasonable places to do so. We can't just keep loading more and more pain on young, working renters. The fact that the media are absolutely up in arms, suggests there has actually been some political bravery, and that power, wealth and influence isn't acting as an absolute inoculant to tax rises for once.
    • Lammy was right on both accounts.  That is not incompetence.  Kim Darroch, the then US Ambassador was also correct with an assessment of the last Trump presidency.  I don't want to be the 51st state
    • Hi all,    We are looking for a pregnant person for 1 hours modelling for a campaign shoot that is happening this Saturday (23rd November) in Peckham. We are looking for real people, so no previous modelling experience required.  The shoot is for a new body care brand, and so the model will be required to wear a bodysuit and apply product (all product is clinically proven to be pregnancy safe).  Payment would be made in a goody bag from the brand.  If this is you (or you know anyone who would be good for this), please reach out!
