Looking for full-time, live-in or live-out nanny from December (Brockley)

We are looking for a full time live-in or live-out nanny (we can be flexible) to look after our son from December 2019 (he will be 10 months by then). We only need care 3 days a week (occasionally 4) but have a friend who lives locally who is also looking for a nanny for her daughter of the same age. We would like to explore the idea of a nanny share but with only 1-2 days per week with the children over lapping, ie the other 3-4 days you would only be looking after one child.

We are based in Brockley. If you are interested in living-in we have a 3 storey house and you would have use of 2 rooms in the basement: a double bedroom and a living room. The living room also doubles up as a study so on the days my wife works from home she would need that space. All other times it would be yours. We have two bathrooms and the family mainly uses the upstairs bathroom. The ground floor bathroom, which would be yours, we only use for showering. The basement has it?s own front door which gives much more privacy for you and us. The house is newly renovated and in lovely condition. I think you would be very comfortable.

We are hoping for a longterm arrangement of at least 2 years.
