Beauval Road, 'The Moorings' at junction with Townley Road

Dulwich Park - on the building next to the bowling green, opposite the playground.

Some of the walls have laminated postcards of the originals in Dulwich Picture Gallery near them, but I haven't got around to putting them up on all of the walls. Perhaps I shouldn't and people would prefer to guess? Another suggestion is to put up QR codes with the URL of the picture's entry on the DPG website.

There is a great piece by Remi Rough on Crawthew Grove and Lordship Lane and there is the whole Goose Green saga of Blake's Vision of Angels painted by Stan Peskett. Read about it here.

Bit late to the discussion. People using words like "beautiful" to describe these paintings are over egging the pudding a bit IMO. I like them though, they're fun and friendly looking, and lets face it, a lot of ED does look a bit drab, so it brightens the place up a bit.

I used to love the (very 80s) graffiti on Spurling Road, opposite the EDT.

thank you. I love the wall on Crawthew - it cheers me up every time I go past it. There's also some art i look out for on the train into london bridge. It's on the side of an old factory in peckham and it's a bit 'bikerish' with crows and stuff. Anyone know anything more about that?

Definitely would like to see a mural/street art/proper graffiti on the giant white wall on Spurling Road. By 'proper graffiti' I likely mean the 80's stylings Otta is thinking of (you know, think flat top, ghetto blaster,and maybe a piece of laminate ktichen flooring you found in a skip to 'break' on). I most definitely do not mean the sh*t tags that d*ckheads leave anywhere they possibly can for God knows what reason (though having a tiny penis is my guess).

The pieces you mention are by Gent artist Roa and UK artist and cartoonist Phlegm.

And to correct something that was said earlier; the piece on the side of the Bishop is a collaboration piece by Remi/Rough and L.A artist Augustine Kofie.

I only just noticed, the other day, the mural on the small building/shed thing at the 63 bus stop outside the Herne Tavern. It's a massive improvement to what it looked like previously..it has been there years and years, I remember it when I was a kid. Anyone know its purpose?

Nothing harsh meant, I just call that sort of 80s wall painting graffiti.

I don't call tagging graffiti, I just call it shit vandalism.

Its all very well for those of you who love Stik, but every morning I open my curtains I see this childish wall drawing of alien beings looking at me. Now the art festival is over do these aberrations have to stay with us?

Which piece do you look out on? Would it help if you knew about the original in Dulwich Picture Gallery that it is based on? I would be happy to show it to you and explain the connections. Sorry if you know all about this already. Stik's work does not appeal to everyone as does the work of any artist.

Interestingly I approached the landlord of the building earlier in the summer as I thought the same as you, and he was very pleased to have some street art on the wall. I sent him a selection of artists willing to paint it, and he chose Stik! But Stik thinks that Dulwich must be sick of him by now and is reluctant to paint that wall. So that is as far as I have got. Perhaps track down some more street artists that may appeal to the landlord. Any ideas?
