Fuschia
Any ideas for somewhere child friendly and cheap, near the maritime museum? Thanks Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/23315-eating-in-greenwich/ Share on other sites
snowboarder
There is a pizza/pasta place on the corner of the market block facing the maritime museum - it is yellow - do not know the name! But the cafe on the lower ground floor of the museum facing the park is really nice and does children's portions. snowboarder
It's in the new but by the lower rear entrance. Really good. And fairly tolerant! Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/23315-eating-in-greenwich/#findComment-542072 Share on other sites
catgirl
cafe rouge is pretty good - they do a children's menu for ?5 - 6 which is main course, pudding and drink and has some nice choices on. Lots of high chairs and they give the children all an activity booklet and pack of coloured pencils and usually a balloon too. crystal7
New museum cafe is really nice, can sit outside if good weather (ha!). There's also a French place with loads of space opposite entrance to market. Pottery cafe is ok for sandwiches too. oimissus
Pizza Express in Greenwich was dire when we visited, admittedly they had a rush from the theatre (where we'd been) but they totally cocked it up and also only seemed to have about 4 high chairs. They did knock a lot of our bill though and gave us a very gooey choc cupcake which Miss Oi enjoyed on the bus home!
