Ablitts Solcitors, Sydenham - anyone used them before?

We are thinking about using these solicitors on our flat purchase - has anyone used them before or heard anything (good or bad!) about them?

Hi with conveyancing you don't need a solicitor close to home and sols outside London are much much cheaper. We googled solicitors in less affluent parts of the UK and went with one in S Wales, http://www.graemejohn.net/about-us.html they charged less than half local sols, did a brilliant job and were chuffed with the business.
