The flat is situated 5 mins from lordship lane and 15 mins from Dulwich Village.

It?s on the 37 bus route.

It would suit a professional person on a 9-5 schedule.

The person will have the flat to themselves a fair amount over the next few months.

Hello Betsy, I'm looking to rent for about a month or six weeks. I live locally (near North Dulwich station) and need a quiet place during the day to write. I wouldn't be staying overnight.
