Come and join my Yin and Meditation Class at the lovely Goose Green Clinic on East Dulwich Road.

Wednesday at 8.15pm - 9.15pm (open to all levels)

Yin Yoga is a lovely and restorative class - all the poses are floor based and held for a little longer so that the focus is geared towards stretching and relaxing the body so its ready for meditation.

The class sizes are small and welcoming. First Class ?5

Normal Single Class Price: ?12 or 5 class card ?50 ( with the flexibility of being valid for 8 weeks).
