Maternity policies - brokers in the City

Thank you to everyone who has responded so far to my post "Maternity policies in the City".

Does anyone have any knowledge of maternity policies at broking firms, mainly small to mid cap?

Willis I think still are statutory, and Marsh are probably similar.

Look up Sunday Times Top 500 companies as there is a mid size broker firm in there, can't remember who, top 50 i think if not in the top 10, and it will list the maternity policy.

But I'm sure they will all be pretty crap.
