Help managing AirBNB property

Hi

I am looking to put my property on AirBNB. I will have an agent managing bookings and cleaning, but, since I don?t live in London at the moment, i will need some one to go to the property occasionally, to let in plumbers etc or receive a delivery, or just to check on the state of the property. It?s a very easy job! Is there anyone who can help me?
