Hi, any ideas for a cheap n cheerful party for my 6yr old girl, have always had joint parties with her brother but thought this year she can have her own little party, gambado is ?20 per head, when you got about 11 invitees, its a bit much!!! open to any suggestions, she likes Hello Kitty if that helps.

JAGS seemed good value to me: bouncy castle and play equipment party in the sports hall for one and a half hours, bring your own food tho. ?130 for non sports club members for 20 kids, ?10 more if you want up to 30 kids (madness).

They do football/dance parties and other things for older kids that might suit you - mine is only 3 so bouncy castle is great.

our party is at end may tho so not able to speak from experience yet....

I also thought the per child price parties worked out expensive.

Hope you have fun!

    • If you've got to raise taxes, then significant landowners (with multi-million pound assets), landlords, second property owners, the privately educated, and wealthier pensioners (considering how they have been disproportionately insulated for many years), doesn't' seem like the most unreasonable places to do so. We can't just keep loading more and more pain on young, working renters. The fact that the media are absolutely up in arms, suggests there has actually been some political bravery, and that power, wealth and influence isn't acting as an absolute inoculant to tax rises for once.

    • Hi all,    We are looking for a pregnant person for 1 hours modelling for a campaign shoot that is happening this Saturday (23rd November) in Peckham. We are looking for real people, so no previous modelling experience required.  The shoot is for a new body care brand, and so the model will be required to wear a bodysuit and apply product (all product is clinically proven to be pregnancy safe).  Payment would be made in a goody bag from the brand.  If this is you (or you know anyone who would be good for this), please reach out!
