Free: broken boys Halfords police bike, for age 4--5

We have a broken Halfords police bike with 14" wheels, that fits around a 4-5 year old boy. The pedals stopped turning and we can't really see inside to know why. Free to anyone who fancies testing their bike maintenance skills or wants to use the parts and save it going to the tip!
