We've just purchased a property and I'm looking to redo the kitchen. Has anyone had any great experiences with a kitchen design/ installation service?

I love the look of Tom Howley, Plain English, that sort of thing. Anyone have any experience with these companies or other comparable ones? Any great experience with local companies?

Any general advice about having a kitchen fitted? Any must haves? Anything you have that you couldn't live without or things you wish you'd thought of when you did your kitchen?
