Trying to see if we can get someone to help with our Playstation - we changed routers today and although we can all get on the internet, my son can't join any party on Playstation to talk to his friends. Just an error message comes up when he tries. We've tried everything we can - is there anyone we can pay to sort the problem out for us?

Never mind - all sorted. In case this ever happens to you, you need to go online to the website which links into your router and open a port or enable the playstation to independently open a port. This allows people who are gaming to communicate and play together.

PlayStation issues are never straightforward with ours it's not connecting for some reason and really don't have the energy at the moment to try fix it better to have it off I think.
