The builder I was hoping to work with on a flat refurb project is no longer available and I'm looking for someone else to jump in.

There are some remedial damp works required, a lot of stripping out and general refurbishment including installation of

new kitchen and bathroom, but no structural work at this stage.

Please let me know if you're interested in discussing further and can start imminently.
