Ana Maria Craig runs her own Reiki practice on Friern Road in a lovely studio in her garden, it's like a safe haven away from all the hustle and bustle of your every day life. I went to see her for a treatment during my pregnancy, where I needed a bit of self love and to reduce my anxiety, and this did just the thing.

Ana's very gentle and makes you feel at ease straight away, she's super knowledgable in the chakras, crystals etc. and has such a lovely approach. The treatment itself was extremely relaxing, and I felt tingling and warming sensations which can only be a sign that it was working...the baby was also kicking very happily too.
