P R E G N A N C Y Y O G A * New class from 12-1pm starting from the 23rd June * Time for pre-yoga brunch or a lovely lazy morning first. We will work through a sequence to create space for your baby to grow and you to breathe, to relax the mind and ease tired muscles. A great way to meet other mum's in the area. There is always time to have tea and a catch up at the end of each session. Suitable for beginners, and from 12 weeks right through to birth. All mats and props are provided.   My partner told me the other day that he had seen some in Southwark Park, and he had never seen any there before. I've only ever seen them near water, eg by the stream on the walk between Merton and Carshalton. Hoping I might get some in the garden now, it would make a nice change from sparrows, great tits and the robin, lovely as they are 😀
