Hot yoga Peckham - Recommendation

Just had my very first hot yoga 1-2-1 session with Stevie, I have never done yoga in my life not even a YouTube tutorial! I?ve boxed and Thai boxed for 22 years and felt I needed something to balance against my fast paced crazy lifestyle, WOW! This session was mind blowing! Totally hooked! And signing up for a block of 12 1-2-1 sessions!

What temperature do you reach during the session please?

I can also highly recommend these classes - i will let Stevie give the exact temperature but it is arund 27degrees or so - its a really wonderful space - and as someone who has re-started after decades, I am so enjoying it.

Thanks Hazel! It?s actually 29C in the studio with 4 infrared heaters which warms the body.
