Having enjoyed a few drinks beneath the regal Hartebeest, the Mirash provided a fine end to the Curry Club year.

Eight of us in total, great meal and great company.

I am away of the first Thursday of January, so the 14th it is.

We haven't done Surma for a while, so lets start 2016 there.

7pm in the Bishop (for a change) and then to the Surma at 8pm.

Food at Mirash was indeed Superb.. There was an initial delay with the Poppadoms but with eight of us

and another larger party in at the same time they did really well.

Surma sounds like a good choice too.. so look forward to the 14th. 2016

Mirash was a lot of fun, but the food was good rather than great. Bit too oily for my taste, though you're always taking your life into your hands with a tarka dhal...
