Sorry not to see you Kate. We will be there this morning. Anna, welcome - I think Lucas never became a regular thing but we do still met on a Monday morning so it would be lovely to meet you and your little one if you can make it one week!

Poor you Carine (although actually, if you are laid up in bed with others waiting on you hand and foot, that sounds quite appealing), see you in a few weeks! Am planning to be there this coming Monday. Lula's had chicken pox (caught from her big brother) but is no longer infectious. She does look like she's got the bubonic plague, so I hope I don't unduly alarm any of you lot, or any of the neighbouring winter babies gang who meet at the same time. She definitely isn't contagious now, and certainly won't be on Monday, so I promise she's not a health hazard, even if she looks like one, poor girl!

We too have chicken pox - Annabel is almost through it buy I suspect Freddie will develop it in the next week - like you guys Amber!


So - we can't meet today though we are going for a walk in Dulwich Park instead to get some fresh air.....going a bit stir crazy after 5 days indoors!

Oh poor little Lula! Glad she is better, and good to have it out of the way - hope Freddie doesn't suffer too much if he does succumb, Louise!


We are planning to come along this morning so will see you there Amber.


Also, I was wondering if anyone fancied meeting up with the older kids one day? I have William at home three days a week now and now it's getting easier to be out and about with two it might be nice to meet up at the park one morning for a run around. William is at nursery Mondays and Tuesdays.


Hope you're on the mend Carine and that Leo is letting you get some rest!

Hi, nice to see you Caroline and Jess this morning. I've just seen this last post - Caroline, I'd be up for an all-kid meet-up. Selfishly, I'd quite like to find out if something could be arranged for a Friday arvo, as that's the afternoon I'll have free when I go back to work (scarily soon!). Not sure how that would work out for the other mums-with-two? Louise and Jess, I know that Annabel and Cato either do Fridays at nursery already or are about to change?


Anyway, if another day suits best, I'm happy to fit in with plans for as long as I can!

Hi girls


I have Annabel (and Freddie!)!on Mondays Thursdays after 330 and all day Fridays so a Friday afternoon in the park would work for us! We do Diddidance on Friday mornings at the moment and Bels has just started swimming lessons on Monday lunchtimes


Amber - I am going for a walk w Freddie this pm in the sun...Annabel back at nursery. Freddie has no signs of the pox yet - been told it will be next week but given your two have had it do you want to join?

We can't make coffee this morning but yes, let's do a toddler meet-up! Friday afternoons are perfect for us normally but just happen to be busy for the next two. What about a Thursday afternoon either this week or next, at 3 / 3.30?

Hola girls, I can't make it either as I am forcing myself to get started on painting the bedroom and if I don't start this morning, I'm worried I won't start at all!


This Thurs arvo at 3.30 works for me - assuming I've finished the blimmin' painting by then!

Hi lovely mums to be


My name's Hollie and I'm a local mum with a 2 year old little boy. When I found out I was pregnant I was pretty terrified at the thought of giving birth, and on a friends recommendation did a HypnoBirthing course with my partner. It changed everything for me and I actually found myself enjoying every second of my pregnancy and feeling calm and confident - even excited - about the prospect of birthing my baby.


I went on to have the most wonderful birth experience and can only describe it as the most peaceful, calm and romantic experience of my life (really!). It was beyond all realms of what I though was possible, largely due to the way in which we in the western world are conditioned to believe that birth must be this excruciating and sometimes traumatic experience. My partner and I were equipped with simple but specific self-hypnosis techniques, along with breathing and massage techniques that made our birth an experience we could share and enjoy together.


Since having my son I have trained as a HypnoBirthing practitioner and have equipped many couples with the skills they need to have a calm and comfortable birth - the way birth should be. I run weekly classes at my home in East Dulwich which cost ?285 per couple for a 4 week course, including the accompanying book, CD and all class handouts, plus ongoing support for the rest of your pregnancy.


I recommend couples attend anytime after their 20 week scan. Evening and weekend courses are available, but places do fill up quickly so please get in touch to avoid disappointment. Hello ladies, I meant to post this ages ago, but life became vey busy, then I went to Canada for a holiday and am now back to work. I just wanted to say how nice it was to meet you all, and thanks for the coffees, advice, chat and laughs. All the best to you all and your babies, and I'm sure I shall see some of you out and about in ED. take care, Kate and Charlie

      As a result of the Horizon scandal it now seems very clear that the Post Office management are highly disingenuous and not be trusted!  There needs to be a campaign launched to challenge the threatened closure, unless the Post Office can demonstrate beyond doubt that the branch is loss making - and even then it could argued that better management could address this. I hope the local media take this up and our MP  and a few demonstrations outside wouldn’t do any harm. Bad publicity can be very effective!

      It actually feels as though what I said is being analytically analysed word by word, almost letter by better. I really don't believe that I should have to explain myself to the level it seems someone wants me to. Clearly someones been watching way too much Big Brother.
