I attended one of nicolas sleep seminars a little over a week ago and it was excellent! The techniques she told us about really do work!!!

My little girl wasn't getting to bed till AT LEAST 11.30pm and waking up at 6 the LATEST....

She now goes to bed at 7.30 every night and is asleep by 8pm!

She may still wake up once for a feed in the night (she's jst turned 6months and isn't fully weaned) but she wakes up around 6.30am-7am which is a great deal better than before

PLUS she's napping for longer periods of time during the day too :)

I highly reccomend this sleep seminar!!!

Hi Polly, it's Nicola here. Generally parents gather a group of people and then approach me so we can work out a date to do the seminar. It costs ?25 per person and is free to the host with a minimum of 5 paying attendees. Hope this helps, Nic

    • Not sure about changing hands but the Peckham Rye one is open and hasn’t had any random closures. Our child is very happy there but there was a resolved Ofsted complaint half way through last year.  Things don’t look good for the Devon nursery owned by the same company - looks like loads of issues with Ofsted which can be seen in its latest report.
