I've been training with Johnny Thai for a few months. He is patient, friendly and very good at getting the best out of me. Johnny runs Thai boxing and training classes in a small gym on the Old Kent Road but he can come to you in East Dulwich for training in the park or your garden. His workout is based around kickboxing and boxing with some weights and resistance thrown in. He constantly varies the session and keeps it interesting.

Well recommended - he's keeping me fit and I enjoy the sessions. Sensible price too.

  Bit of an overreaction. Sadly it happens. I should have PMd the bloke who was going to pick up the FREE Miele fridge, I left it outside but he didn't turn up and came home and the scrap people had taken the compressor and left me the rest to take to the tip. But I didn't. And got over it. Until now.
