Looking for long let 1/2 bed flat from 1st July

Hello,

My boyfriend and I are looking for a 1 or 2 bed flat to rent in East Dulwich from the end of June/early July.

Ideally we are looking for somewhere with some outdoor space and within 10 minutes walking distance of either East Dulwich or Peckham Rye station. We were in our last few houses for 3 and a half years and can provide good references.

Max budget is ?1400 though we could be slightly flexible on this!

Please let us know if you have/know of anything that's available.

  This is not correct. The Dulwich Village restrictions are not part of a School Street. The restrictions apply Monday to Friday at the times specified on the signs. They are not suspended during school holidays.
