I am looking for someone to share my flat from end of May to September (dates can be discussed). It's next to Nunhead station (30 sec walk to the station-10/15 min walks to Queens road Peckham and Brockley stations).

It's a 2 bedrooms flat with a nice and bright living room, kitchen and bathroom.

The subleased room is furnished.

No agency fees. Rent is 620 ? all bills included (wifi, water, electricity, council taxe, etc...).
