Owner was an absolute gent

Service was second to none

Always felt comfortable from start to finish since speaking to the owner.

Did our house move just over a year ago and I see a lot more people are using them and saying the same.

Garunteed value for money

Hi, I used VP removals (Vitek and Peter) after reading a good review about them on here... I got quotes from about 6 other companies and theirs was by far the cheapest, and they were very friendly.

They were very reliable and dead on time for coming round for the quotation, arriving for the packing (on the 15th December) and arriving for packing and transporting and unpacking, and reassembling wardrobes etc on the 16th...

I am pregnant and single and they worked solidly for around 18 hours on the 2 days without even stopping for lunch. They provided 2 vans and loaded the first one the day before....they were very honest and trustworthy and helped to ease the stress after nearly 20 years of living in London.

I would NOT hesitate in recommending them !

Hi guys ,

i'm from Brockley and before several time i need a Man and Van company. A friend of mine suggest http://www.shonsremovalsbrockley.co.uk/ from previous their experience with the company. That was my best desicion (Honestly !) for the whole removal. I'm talking about everything - price , attention to detail , speed and all of that with any pre ordering. For the whole process i preferred the service "Removals and Packing" http://www.shonsremovalsbrockley.co.uk/removals-and-packing/. Literally u don't have to worry about ANYTHING !

    • You can take any old clothes or any other fabric like tea towels  to Primark stores. They all have collection boxes. Any old clothes and rags that can't be reused are recycled for other uses like toy stuffing and insulation
    • Got loads of frogspawn.  Don't have that much success as can't keep it in the pond as the newts eat it.  I took the first clump out yesterday and put it in a bucket with netting on top.  The loads more appeared.,... Last year I kept it like this and then transferred to some large plant saucers when they were near to walking onto land.  Had to top up the water, provide shade as they will have cooked in the sunshine, and fed with boiled cabbage, kale or other green stuff. I got a few froglets.  two or three years ago I picked up some spawn from someone in SE22 who had a whole nursery, numerous ponds, in their back garden. Never seen any baby newts or spawn, maybe have ten or more, but I know they go roaming.
    • Newts, ducks, from my understanding cats and dogs don't eat frogspawn, they may eat tadpoles.  Continuing this conversation on the nature thread.
    • You lose the moral high ground as soon as you call people clowns.  I don't know why so many of you have to bring the conversation down,  I've made the same point on other threads.  Have a look at what you posted - do you think insults made your view any more valid?  Sadly too many discussions descend in this way.  As said this applies to many others who post here. I can, and do, complain, about a variety of goods and services.  In the last 20 years or so try to keep it civil.  And look back on some of my past behaviours with some embarrassment.
