I've got the Rapley book and have been reading through it as plan to do BLW with #3 (not anytime soon, but I'm aware the months will fly by). It's an excellent book, well worth it.

I recommend the BLW cook book, it has lots and lots of useful recipes.

Second the BLW cookbook.

I also read the BLW book by Rapley/Murkett, but practically all the general info about BLW is repeated in the introduction to the cookbook, plus you get the recipes - best of both worlds.
