Young families on Underhill Road

Hi

We have made an offer on a house on Underhill Road (the top end past the cemetary) and was wondering if there are any young families on this part of the street (immediate neighbours have grown up children)? Where we live now we have quite a few neighbours with children of similar age (nearly 3 and about to be born!) and it is lovely to pop round for coffee/play dates, share "tea time" etc. Would be great if we can also find this in our new street too! (if of course we get the house!)

We have already PM'd. I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old and am always keen for playdates on the days that I am not working (Tuesday and Friday).

Good luck with the house purchase - I hope it all goes well. It sounds like you are going to be very close to me.
