Full time after school care need

We are looking for childcare starting 7th May, Mon - Fri including holidays for our 2 sons aged 7 & 4 They both go to Heber primary full time, so we'd need someone to pick them both up and either bring them home, homework, dinner until one of us is back at 7pm. In an ideal world we'd like a Self Employed Nanny so they can be at home, plus go to swimming classes, music, but if that's not possible at this time then a childminder we could pick them up from. We live on Dunstans Road, SE22.

I'd love to hear any suggestions, or if in fact you are someone that could help.
