Hi everyone,

I just wanted to take the time and introduce myself to all on the forum and it would be great if you all could pop down to the studio sometime and say Hi or do a free session on me.

Excited to be apart of the community and help to get everyone more fit and happy.

I am also putting on a free Nutrition workshop at the studio on the 11/5/19 at 10 am in the studio.

Feel free to email and RSVP. it would be to see everyone in the local community.

  Tony has done a great job on several jobs for us here in East Dulwich. E.g. he recently put up some blinds for us. He can do lots of different things - including fixing things, small plumbing and electrical jobs, and painting and decorating. His number is 07946 087566
