I have a room to let in my house in Maldon Close,Denmark Hill. East Dulwich or Denmark Hill stations 10 minutes walk. would suit single non smoking professional. Share facilities with Owner. Must like cats. ?560 per month. 1/3 share of gas and electric per month - about ?20 at present. Large back and front garden. Available now. Wi-Fi etc.

Comfortable and Sunny house surrounded by trees on a quiet no through road. I work for a local architectural firm and spend a fair amount of time out of London.
