Consultation on South of the Borough Event

Hi BrandNewGuy,

Goose Green School arranged some numeracy events at their school earlier this year in the early evenings - my kids and I were enthralled.

The council has allocated ?78,000 and is seeking ideas to create new event/s. It will spend the money come what may so do get your ideas in.

Fine, but that's an educational event, not a community event. Wrong budget, isn't it?

I second the suggestion about a comedy/literary festival!

Hopefully- at least the money won't be spent on art work by certain artists who are friends of certain politicians
