Does anyone know where to find Non-pasteurised kimchi/sauerkraut here or nearby? Does anyone make it themselves and, if so, is it easy? Thanks

Also, there was a cooking session devoted to kimchi near the launderette which was in the whatson section a while ago. My wife is Japanese, but also makes kimchi as a friend taught her years ago, very good for digestion :)

I make my own sauerkraut and yes, it's easy. It takes a while, though.

I've made my own kimchi, not that hard you just need to be thorough and follow instructions.

I did have one go wrong though, and that was awful :-)
