Handy Man - Gardener to fix fence that fell off

Hi I need someone to come to my house for the day, this Sunday hopefully to fix my garden fence that came off the wall. See picture attached. Additionally I would like to have someone check the garden status and take some weeds out.

What would be the price for something like this? And would anyone know the right person? I am in Peckham, near Peckham Rye. Thank you!
