Yoga for Strength, Flexibility and Movement. The Green, Nunhead, Tuesday's 6.30-7.30pm.

Come along and work through functional yoga and targeted movements, to build both strength and flexibility. This will help to reduce injuries and increase performance off the mat. Beginners totally welcome, options are offered to ensure everyone is working where they feel challenge but not out of their depth. Great if you are training for a sporting goal or if you want to move and feel better everyday. All props are provided. ?10 per session, or buy 6 for ?50. Please email or call to book a mat. Space is limited.

    • Great work from Aria - he replaced a shower for me. He was prompt to reply to me and communicated well to make sure i was happy with what he planned to do. His work was good and he was able to do the job in a good time scale. 
    • Has anyone had a Murphy bed built for them, or bought and installed themselves? Any particular issues or tips or pointers please?
    • I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to kindly ask for your assistance regarding a car break-in that occurred today, around 2 PM, on Carson Road. A couple of bags (both khaki in color), a luggage, and a passport were stolen. The bags, in particular, hold significant sentimental value to me, and I would greatly appreciate any help in locating them. I am due to take a long-haul flight in two days, and any information regarding the whereabouts of these items would be incredibly helpful.
