lauras231279
I'm trying to fill my garden on the cheap, as unfortunately my husband just lost his job. Is there any kind soul out there who would let me take a free hydrangea clipping to grow on? Also, I would live to try air- layering an evergreen magnolia if you have a tree? I cant exchange much as my garden is pretty bare, but I do have a bay tree and a small jasmine. Also next year, will have an apple and plum tree that will need some pruning for a future swap. largeginandtonic
Hi Laura - I have a large evergreen magnolia tree and it needs cutting back a bit, so you'd be welcome to take some of it - do you want to send me a private message to talk about it?I've got hydrangeas too, but have just given them a hard prune so they may not be much use to you.
