Saturday 23 March 10 am- 12 noon, We are holding a new breath circle teaching the benefits of conscious connected breathing, in the beautiful newly opened station Hall above Herne Hill station SE24 0JW. Access is via fire escape at the back of Herne Hill Station. The benefits of conscious connected breathing include, heightened energy levels, improved detoxification,deep relaxation, better sleep patterns, reduced levels of stress and anxiety and a deeper connection to others. Come and learn this simple yet beautiful self healing tool, in this stunning safe space facilitated by qualified breath-workers next Saturday.   I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to kindly ask for your assistance regarding a car break-in that occurred today, around 2 PM, on Carson Road. A couple of bags (both khaki in color), a luggage, and a passport were stolen. The bags, in particular, hold significant sentimental value to me, and I would greatly appreciate any help in locating them. I am due to take a long-haul flight in two days, and any information regarding the whereabouts of these items would be incredibly helpful.
