I wanted to post an unsolicited recommendation for Rafic. Rafic has been my PT for a couple of years and he?s completely changed my approach to exercise. He?s always enthusiastic and constantly changes up his sessions to make sure you don?t plateau. He?s recently moved his PT service to Push studios in East Dulwich and if you?re considering a PT I?d encourage you to give him a go, he?s reasonably priced and always cheerful during early morning sessions.

  It looks particularly daft when that employer is the UK's largest insurer. I'd imagine they know a thing or two about fraud.
