My name is Ruby Grut, I am 18 years old living in East Dulwich after finishing studying at Alleyn's School. I love children and and have experience, I am looking for childcare full time or just part-time/afterschool hours!!

I have two younger siblings and many cousins, and have babysat for the previous four years as well as helped with after school clubs at various schools including Dulwich Hamlet, and helping to coach tennis at Oakfield School.

I also am extremely happy to help with homework, cooking and tidying up.

I am looking for part-time or full-time childcare and my hours are flexible. I am able to drive therefore I can take children to various activities during the holidays or after school!

  I know it's not a first post, if that's what you mean? You can see the number of posts a forum member has made by clicking on the letter next to their name. You can also see when they joined the forum and you can see what recent posts they have made. Do you know that the OP was "posting for a friend", or are you just guessing?

  That might have been the case if it was a first post, but it isn't, which makes it less likely. It would be sad if people were put off from posting on here when they have had a good experience at a new local business because they think it will be assumed that they have some connection with the business.

  That’s because number of applications is irrelevant - most private school parents apply for a state school place as well and always have done. It’s how many take up the place in the end, so it’s too early to call. But a 9% increase in applications isn’t insignificant. They should also look at sixth forms because that’s where the squeeze is more likely to be felt.
