You can check online for your EPC at this stage what difference would it make? -

Did you rent the property via an agent? You should have been provided with an EPC and Gas Safety Cert when you took the property. Strange that the Landlord didn't do a check-in report as they wouldn't have a leg to stand on if they wanted to claim part of the deposit? If you are leaving anyway in a matter of days, I wouldn't bother about the EPC, it's not about safety just efficiency. -

The EDT and BBC dilemmas feel like they could be solved by raising them politely with the managers, and the managers being sensible in response. No need for us all to have slanging matches online and calling each other names. We're all each other's neighbours... -
From the rip out to the installation and snagging, John was incredibly professional, considerate and professional with brilliant attention to detail. He is clearly very knowledgeable, and was able to offer suggestions and make tweaks with ease when my odd Victorian building threw us curveballs. Gabi provides an incredible level of support and reassurance, replying promptly to all queries and concerns. As a team they are incredibly well organised, and both dates and costs are clear. John has a great relationship with Howdens, securing me a great discount on the kitchen, and sorting any issues that arose quickly and calmly. After dealing with a number of aggressive workmen who overcharged me and turned up as and when they wanted, John and his team were an absolute breath of fresh air; friendly, courteous, hardworking and reliable. I would wholeheartedly recommend Top Marx to anyone looking to have a new kitchen installed, I truly could not be more thrilled with the results!
