Recommendations: fit my new kitchen and bathroom

After making do for many years, I've decided to upgrade my kitchen and bathroom. I will need to do it frugally, but want new Ikea kitchen units fitted, new kitchen flooring and my bathroom replaced.

I have a first floor Victorian conversion flat.

I would welcome any recommendations

This is what we do however I noticed you said frugally well I know uou want to done well and you will get what you pay for !!! We are happy to do both jobs for you very nicely but there will be a cost disposing if all rubbish has to be done properly and we will need a skip because you wasn?t yr job done frugally will not make the price of the skip disappears someone has tonpsybfirvit or its fly tipping which is unacceptable and illegal.
