Hello, I?m Claire from LDN PILATES and am offering individual or group pilates sessions in the comfort of your own home in East Dulwich and surrounding areas.?

I?m offering day time sessions (1 hour) at a reduced rate of ?30 - the price applies for both individuals and groups.

Pre and post natal available.

In your first session we will do a postural analysis and discuss your goals and hopes.

  I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to kindly ask for your assistance regarding a car break-in that occurred today, around 2 PM, on Carson Road. A couple of bags (both khaki in color), a luggage, and a passport were stolen. The bags, in particular, hold significant sentimental value to me, and I would greatly appreciate any help in locating them. I am due to take a long-haul flight in two days, and any information regarding the whereabouts of these items would be incredibly helpful.
