There you go UDT, that should get you started.

" Mortgage fraud became a feature of the

pre- 2007 lending boom"

There you go, if you need specifics. You really can't read between lines, or understand that it is possible to have more than one guilty party, can you?

What an idiot you are.

Poor thing.

Of course there was mortgage fraud in the pre-financial crisis. The point I was making is that the Ordinary Joes were victims of the financial crisis, you dope.

Obviously, my research skills are better than yours. But then I do have a greater understanding of the financial crisis, unlike you.

I do agree that my sentence doesn't always read well and that's because my typing doesn't keep pace with my thinking. You're such a dope, you wouldn't recognise a genius if you saw one.

I know. Its because if I'm honest, I have forgotten it was supposed to be about Fred the Shred and his Knighthood being redacted. Not a place to show off and brag about my extensive skills with Excel. And Powerpoint.

Well, from reading the forum from the outside looking in, it appears that you're the one who has the problem with Otta, not the other way round - and not just on this thread either.

Gosh, what ideas am I supposed to have been planting into other people's heads exactly? What ideas? What people? Go on, I'm really interested in what you have to say. For once.

Bob, perhaps there is a certain arrogance on my part when I constantly see stupidness coming from other people. Until people can behave in any reason way then I can't see why I should change my own behaviour. I certainly don't suffer from an overestimation of one's own competence or capabilities so 'Hubris' isn't the right word.

    • There's been a spate of phone snatching around East Dulwich station and along Lordship Lane. But don't let that put you off the area, these things come and go. I've never had an issue late at night in the areas you talk about and I've been around here for 18yrs (before I moved I had the same concerns as you). Go visit your areas late at night at different times for your own peace of mind (I did)
