We have had Andrew and his team, at Restoration and Property Management, work on a few projects for us including paving the front of our house, full house rewiring, moving and replacing radiators, hanging doors and many other smaller jobs. Andrew's attention to detail is excellent with perfect finishes on all jobs. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of work that is always on time and always on budget. Hello,

I live in in a listed building in Consort Road and require the veranda at back of the house to be renovated i.e steps; making good/replacing wrought iron balustrades etc. You have been recommended by several people on the East Dulwich Forum.       I do not believe for one moment local businesses asked for more yellow lines and the removal of available parking for customers. This is part of the ‘creep’ of removing parking - ultimately to introduce paid for parking (which is their policy).
