nightmonkey
Hi, I am an intermediate level yoga lover. I have been stuck on the same routine since having my three children and finally have some time to put into improving my form. I have come across a few lovely classes in the area, but I am specifically looking for a teacher who can help me to learn some more challenging postures. I don't feel like I can walk straight into an advanced class but perhaps somewhere where I can progress on to one. I am free certain mornings of the week and later in the evenings. Can anyone help with recommendations? Thanks!
