I'd like to share this with you...

I had a baby 6 months ago and found that Yoga has helped me significantly in so many ways; To lose the baby weight, regain core strength, stretch out the tension stored in my shoulders after breast feeding for 5 months and finally but importantly give myself a well deserved break and to focus on myself (even if only for an hour a week).

I also teach Yoga and have taught in East Dulwich since 2006, when I set up Dulwich Yoga Space. I've literally just returned to teaching (at beginning of Jan) after my maternity leave and decided to set up a daytime Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class so that other local Mums can benefit from a class that is suitable for them.

I've attached a poster with more info and contact details.

This class will start on the 14th Feb and will run every Tuesday from 10.30am to 11.30am. Numbers are limited to 12 students to ensure a high level of attention for each individual. Mats are provided, if you need to borrow one.

Feel free to PM, email or call me if you have any queries.

Warm wishes,

Karen x

    • Chiming in to recommend the Canacabins team, who did a beautiful job completely rebuilding a well-loved (but falling down) shed into a new garden office. While they were at it, they also constructed a new pond surround, deck, railing, and patched up our decrepit fence, all to a high standard. A friendly team and very happy with the end result!
    • There isn’t a map for the Go Jauntly walk - I added that.  I plan to update it now the weather is getting warmer but haven’t yet. Part of the reason for adding it was that I couldn’t find a map.    Not going to help but Dulwich Festival will be doing a walk so might be worth asking them.
    • An idea if you are looking for something to do. I’ve visited and have just come across this again.    Vauxhall City Farm is a farm in London where we can see the animals the packaged meat in the supermarket comes from. Entrance is free, a donation of £4 is requested   Looking for a present you can adopt an animal - support the farm and the person you gift it to will get 3 lots of food to feed on visits.    The 50th Anniversary Appeal is currently running so they can do the farm up and hopefully give the animals a home and people the chance to see them for another 50 years. If you want to donate here’s the link    https://www.justgiving.com/campaign/growthenext50years
