My 5 and 3 year old daughters are both confident "noodle-users" and very happy in the water, but would now benefit from structured 2:1 lessons - they are only 14 months apart in age so hopefully can be taught together. Ideally I'd like them to be taught some time Mon-Thurs after school, for half an hour at either Dulwich pool or at the JAGS pool.

Does anyone have any recommendations pl? Also an idea of price would be helpful.

Thanks

N

I just asked about private lessons at East Dulwich and it is ?14.50 per 30 minutes. I believe they have availability on Thursday evenings for 1:1 lessons around 5pm ish. They also do group lessons in the evenings after school and on the weekend. My son has been doing these and has been progressing well and is now at Stage 3 but I'm thinking about booking in for some 1:1 lessons in the spring as he is not the most confident swimmer.

    • Luckily that is an old closed telephone exchange building,  rather than someone's house.
    • Seriously though, I hope nobody was harmed in the making of that, because they must have veered right across the road before crashing, and only just avoided the tree. They must have been going pretty fast. Asleep at the wheel? Medical issue? Drunk? Young or stupid people messing about with a stolen car? (Apologies to young people, I know most of you aren't reckless). It was lucky they didn't hit something going in the opposite direction ( at least, I assume/hope they didn't) before they went over the wall. But I'm confused, because the broken part of the wall is in front of the car. Did they reverse in an attempt to get the car off the wall, and then made things worse? 😮
    • Oh, so that's what 'off street parking' means.
