I am offering five one hour sessions for ?30 per hour. I have over twenty years of teaching experience and have tutored students for the last three. I am able to gauge areas of weakness and then formulate strategies for individual students to gain successful outcomes in the Summer examinations. My usual rate per hour is ?45 per hour but if you book a minimum of five sessions during half-term the rate is discounted to ?30 per hour. I live in Denmark Hill but am happy to travel to your place of residence. I usually get booked up early so please book as soon as possible.   There are also really bad pitted holes further up near the school and hospital - mainly in the areas cyclists use near the pavement. I have no idea why the pavement and road surfaces of this road used by so many children walking and cycling to school is so poorly served by whoever is responsible for maintenance. A note to all the people driving up to the barrier and forced to do a u-ey, when there are 4 x road closed signs….. maybe the road is closed. Doh!

  Hi i have bought in the past and recently sold and rented through Winkworth ED and can honestly say they have been brilliant. Have dealt with most of staff there and they have all been very professional and helpful. Hope that helps and good luck with your sale!
