Terrible automated customer service telling me each day that the problem will be fixed later that day. Anyone else know what is going on or got a satisfactory response from Virgin? tiddles Posted January 16, 2019 Share Posted January 16, 2019 We had a spate of that last autumn. I chose the ?thinking of leaving virgin?. Option as i too got fed up with theRecorded message. Had a polite rant about how we rely on the service beibgConstant and recieved a sizeable reduction on my bext bill. Service bas been ok since. Pippa83 Posted January 16, 2019 Share Posted January 16, 2019 I finally spoke to Virgin, apparently it's just the number of users in the area creating the problem! Virgin are upgrading the system and will have it all fixed by Thursday morning! It seems to have been better today. I also asked for a refund as the internet had been unusable for nearly a week - let's see!
