Dsteeds
Hi there. Our eldest is just about ready (are you ever?!) to head to the dentist and since both of our dentists are up in town close to work, I wondered if anyone had any recommendations on local dentists to take a 2 yr old to? We live on Underhill Road, so anything East Dulwich, Forest Hill, Herne Hill would be great. Thanks! alex_b
I've heard good things about the one of the corner of Townley Rd/Lordship Lane. We use the one in Crystal Palace at the top of Gipsy Hill. midivydale
My son has been going to Dr Islam at the Gardens dental clinic since he was 2. He is coming up to 7 now. Whilst he has never had to have anything done to his teeth, he loves going. She is lovely and gentle and has pretty much cured my dental phobia too. RumiChandal
It is really important to take your child to a friendly paediatric dentist to help him get rid of his nervousness of dental health. Bellenden Belle
Dulwich Oaks Dental practice oppostie Sainsburys on Dog Kennel Hill. Just so good with children. My little one went there for a brilliant visit having refused to open his mouth at another dentist previously. nixlo
We've been taking our two (coming up to 5 and 3) to Dr Bunmi Aboada at the East Dulwich Dental centre. The facilities are pretty cramped but she is so good with the kids and now has them both hopping up into the seat and opening their mouths with no problems that I wouldn't switch! Good luck.....
