Camberwell Grove Chanting 6:30am ever morning

Bit of a weird one!

Does anyone else hear what sounds like changing coming from a gramaphone every morning on Camberwell Grove. Happens between 6:25-6:30. Does any one know where is is coming from or what the sound is?

I used to practise buddhism and chant every morning.

It can be pretty loud as the sound reverberates.
